Privacy Policy for GCodeReader CNC

GCodeReader CNC is a local file viewer for CNC G-code toolpaths and common CAD or mesh exchange files.

Data Collection

GCodeReader CNC does not automatically collect personal data and does not sell or share the contents of your files.

Files Opened in the App

Files you select are processed locally on your device. They may contain personal or confidential information that you choose to open. The app may create local working copies in its temporary storage for viewing and editing. It does not upload your files to any server and does not use cloud processing.

Edits are saved when you choose to save them. Temporary working copies may remain until iOS removes them; deleting the app removes its local container. Original files stored outside the app remain in their original location.

Accounts

The app does not require account registration, sign-in, or a demo account.

Analytics and Tracking

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

Diagnostics

If the app is distributed through Apple TestFlight or the App Store, Apple may provide crash logs, diagnostics, and feedback according to Apple privacy terms and the user's device settings.

External Links

If you choose to open links to Apple or GitHub for legal documents or library source packages, those websites process requests under their own privacy policies. Your CAD and G-code files are not attached to these requests.
